Refund policy

Return & Exchange

· We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund.

· Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

· Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

· Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.

· Reward points or store credits are not refundable; and are only redeemable on our store.

· Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

Cancellation:

KEDHAR LIFESTYLE COLLECTIVE believes in customer satisfaction and endeavours to accommodate cancellations whenever possible. However, please note the following guidelines:

· Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

· Requests made after the order has been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process may not be entertained.

· A refund or replacement may be arranged if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is subpar.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt of the products. The request will be processed once the merchant has verified the issue. Similarly, if the product received does not match the description on the website or your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will assess your complaint and take appropriate action.

ELIGIBILITY

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and should have all the original tags and packaging. Once your return is processed, the full product price, including taxes, will be returned to you. Any additional shipping charges, if paid, are not returned.

PROCESS

To initiate a return/exchange, create a request here. Alternatively, you can also contact us with your order details. Our warehouse team typically takes around 48-72 hours to inspect all items due for returns or exchanges. Once approved, it’ll take up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your back account in case of a refund. For an exchange, we’ll ship out your new size/product once the pickup is completed.

Manufacturer Warranty:

Any complaints or issues should be directed to the respective manufacturer for products covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

Refunds:

Refunds approved by KEDHAR LIFESTYLE COLLECTIVE will be processed within 3-5 days. Please note that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

· Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

· If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.

· The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

· Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
